How does Invisalign work?
Invisalign uses clear, removable aligners to gradually shift your teeth into the desired position. We provide new aligners roughly every two weeks, and you wear them for 20 to 22 hours per day. Our advanced iTero® scanner allows us to plan your treatment with precision and predict the results with stunning accuracy.
How long is the treatment process?
Invisalign treatment typically takes about 12 months to complete, but the timeline can vary from case to case.
Is Invisalign treatment painful?
Each of our aligners are customized to fit comfortably over your gums. Though you may experience some mild discomfort for the first few days, this will dissipate quickly as your mouth adjusts to your aligners.
Which issues can Invisalign treat?
Invisalign can correct most orthodontic issues, including:
- Open Bite
- Gap Teeth
- Crowded Teeth
Is Invisalign only for adults?
No — Invisalign Teen has allowed many young patients to enhance their smiles without enduring the embarrassment of metal braces.
Why should I choose Invisalign over traditional braces?
Invisalign offers several advantages over traditional braces, including:
- Clear aligners for a discreet appearance
- Remove your aligners for easy cleaning
- Eat without restrictions
- Customized fit for increased comfort
- See your final results in advance
